    1. Hello! I love the 1500 set up you choose but my budget is 1350… Do you find it possible to take it down? Maybe less SSD, cheaper box… let me know!😊

        Author

Hey PaulMan, that’s for sure doable. As is at the moment of writing this, the build actually comes out to around $1400, so to save $50 or so and keep similar performance, I would downgrade the motherboard a tad to a MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS Motherboard and the case to something like an NZXT H510, the storage to a Crucial P1 1TB SSD, and the power supply to a Seasonic FOCUS 750W Power supply. This should get you fairly close. I hope this helps!

        1. Thank you! That’s really helpful! Yesterday I checked the price of everything, but I’m from Spain and I dont know why everything is more expensive in euros than in dollars… when the change should be favorable in the other way. I guess the components are made in the US. Thank you very much again, I will try to put everything together and if I have any question I will ask it here. If you want to recomend mouse and keyboard I’m open to it😊

          1. Post
            Author

Hey no problem, and that does suck about the difference in costs for sure. Depends what you like for a keyboard as it can be very much up to preference, but a good mechanical could be the Hyper X Alloy, I personally love ten keyless mechanicals and use something like the Corsair Quickfire Rapid (it’s small, robust and versatile, but that’s very much pa personal choice). For a mouse I’m a big fan of the Logitech G502 Proteus and I used that mouse for a few years, but have actually been using the Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro lately, and have been surprised in terms of a wireless gaming mouse – I actually did a review recently on it here if interested – https://newbcomputerbuild.com/gaming-mice/corsair-dark-core-rgb-wireless-gaming-mouse-review-setup/

I hope this helps and best of luck with your build!

        2. Hello again! Finally Im buying the full PC as you built it. But the 3 Power Supply you wrote are out of order… What would you recomend instead around the same quality/price? The platinum version is available but it is too expensive… Something like the others would be perfect! And if you know a RAM similar to those you said (cheap, 8×2 and 3600), with RGB would be great too!hahaha THANK YOUUU!!

          1. The cooler isn´t anywhere either. I´ve seen a couple of them that I like but I dont know if they are compatible. This two: Corsair Hydro Series 100i RGB Platinum // Corsair RM750 ATX Modular, 80 Plus Gold, 750 W) What you think??

          2. Post
            Author

Hey PaulMan- sorry late reply! For another power supply, it’s tough to know what might specifically be available in Spain, but the one you found (Corsair RM750 ATX Modular, 80 Plus Gold, 750 W) is perfect. If that’s not available, you could get something like a Rosewill Capstone 750W or a Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 750W. Without knowing availability there its tough to know though. And for another RAM, you could try the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro, although you would end up spending more. A slightly cheaper alternative could be the G.SKILL Trident Z Neo.

In terms of your below comment, the Corsair Hydro Series 100i RGB Platinum would work too

Hi Calvin, it would depend on your budget and what you’re trying to play. Any of the builds above would be good given what budget you might have. If you have any questions, let me know!

    3. Hey, For the 500$ gaming pc build the motherboard seems to be sold out on Amazon. I don’t want to buy an incompatible motherboard and waste my money so do you have any suggestions as to other cheap motherboards that are good replacements?

Hi Wali – I did notice that the MSI ProSeries B450M PRO-M2 Max was in stock and around the same cost – also a MicroATX board so nice and compact.
