The Build:
The AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor is by my opinion (and that of many others) the very best for your money gaming CPU. *I may be saying this because this is what I currently use in my build, but it really is that awesome. This processor can be easily OC’d and is more than capable of handling most games with ease.
The EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SE (Fermi) 01G-P3-1366-TR Video Cardwill have a great resolution capability at 1920×1200 resolution graphics. It is highly rated, and has been very well received in the gaming community.
I find the MSI 880GMA-E55 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard is a nice little micro ATX board. has 2 USB 3.0 ports, which is nice. The only downside perhaps is that it only has 1 PCI Express 2.0 port, but not needed with 1 graphics card.
In this build I included a high quality G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory, a SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5″ SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive, a SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W Power Supply, a good ASUS 24X DVD Burner – Bulk Black SATA Model DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS, and chose the COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UB Black /Blue Computer Case.
All parts have a set of constituent products under “Budget Yielding Alternatives” that you may feel like considering if you want to go with something a little different (especially with computer cases), or better (as in a hard drive with more space, power supply with more wattage for future use, or higher quality RAM).
