Thanks so much Corey – can I trust a RAM brand like TEAMGROUP ( https://a.co/bsiSRrE )? Considering saving a little $ on the RAM, since my referenced MOBO keeps creeping up in price. I believe I’ve selected compatible RAM to the Corsair Vengeance you suggested – please correct me if I’m mistaken! Thanks again in advance – this has been really helpful – trying to build a entry-level gaming PC for my sons.

Hi Doug — that TEAMGROUP RAM you referenced will work perfectly fine — I hope your sons enjoy their build!
Will this MOBO suffice with this build? Only looking at it for the built-in Wi-Fi, but not looking to use an inferior mobo…only adds $15-20 more to build cost, but is it as good a mobo as your rec? Thanks in advance!

Hi Doug, that motherboard would work perfectly, and is definitely a value add with the wifi. So I would say go for it!
